Shipping

   At ELYSIAN, we want to ensure that your bag arrives to you in a timely and secure manner. Here's what you can expect from our shipping process.

Processing Time:

  1. We process orders within 5 days of receiving them, every day.

Shipping Methods:

  1. Shipping method will be shown at a chekout, when you can choose which works for you better.

  2. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's delivery schedule.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method.

  2. We offer a free DOMESTIC shipping on the orders over 50$CAD.

Order Tracking:

  1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  2. You can track your package using the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues:

  1. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact us at elysiantotes@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  2. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

  3. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to replace the item.

Please note:

      1. Processing and shipping times may be delayed during peak holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

      2. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

      3. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged for international shipments. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees. If a package is returned to us because the package was not claimed, insufficient address or failure to pay customs and duties, we will refund your order.
